Chadwick White is the Chief Visionary Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Co-Founder of Nepra Foods, a leader in allergen-free and plant-based food and ingredient solutions. With over 37 years of experience in the food industry, he holds a Master Baker Certification and has pioneered innovations in gluten-free and hemp-based formulations. Chadwick co-founded Udi’s Gluten-Free Foods, growing it to over $125 million in revenue before its acquisition by Boulder Brands.

In 2015, he launched Gluten Free Baking Solutions, which evolved into Nepra Foods, a public company transforming the food industry with proprietary ingredients, CPG products, and solving manufacturing challenges. Globally recognized for his expertise, Chadwick is dedicated to improving gluten-free offerings and promoting hemp as a functional, sustainable resource.
